Booking your Girona transfers

Shuttle bus or private transport?

Shuttle buses

• This can often work out as the more budget-friendly choice.
• You may have to wait a while at Girona Costa Brava Airport before you can set off on your transfer, as you’ll be travelling with other people whose flights may have landed after yours.

What’s the luggage limit?

Our standard allowance is one piece of hand luggage and one suitcase per person, whether you’re travelling by shuttle bus or on a private vehicle. If you are planning to bring more baggage with you, please check beforehand that your vehicle has enough room available.

What do I need to do once I’ve landed?

What if I can’t find my driver?

Unfortunately, traffic issues can sometimes cause our drivers to be a little late in arriving at Girona Costa Brava Airport. Should you reach your pick-up point and your driver is not there, simply call the number on your e-ticket and we’ll provide you with an update.

What if I’m delayed?

If you’re delayed getting into Girona or if your bags are slow coming off and you’re going to be late for your pick-up time, all you need to do is give us a ring on the number on your e-ticket and let us know. Our driver will wait for up to 45 minutes after the initial pick-up time and, if you’re going to be more than 45 minutes behind schedule, we’ll sort out a new driver for you. For any delays of more than three hours, you’ll need to rearrange your Girona transfers with us and contact your travel insurer.

Returning home

Sadly, holidays cannot last forever, and the details of your return Girona Airport transfer will depend on the type of transport you have chosen:

Private vehicles

• You will be picked up at your accommodation at the time listed on your e-ticket.
• You may wish to set up SMS alerts, which will enable you to receive a text reminder about your return journey to Girona Costa Brava Airport.
• We’d recommend being ready around 15 minutes before your pick-up time, with your e-ticket easy to hand to show to the driver.

Shuttles buses

• You’ll be able to find your pick-up time online the day before you depart.
